mixtures

homogeneous mixtures and heterogeneous mixtures are two different substances that are mixed together but not combined chemically. today we learned about how water and salt mix together. the salt dissolves into the water. we also tried to mix water and sand, but it didn't mix as well as the water and salt did. then we poured the sand water into the cup of salt water and mixed them together, after that we made a home made filter. then we poured the sand,and salt water into a cup but the waters went throw a cycle. the sand and parts of the salt stayed into the filter while the water went throw. then we poured a little bit of water in a small cup and labeled it (HANNK). My group is the best group ever!
